Great place to work
Great place to work i just took early retirement loaded and unloaded and booked all parts in to stores using a computer i was also a qualified first aider and also worked on the health.and safety committee

Poorly run company
Job has its good and bad days like most. Planning is awful end up driving4-5 hours a day with 30 mins for service and 40 for a repair.Some days are so tight it's ridiculous. Money not great unless you get bonus and poor planning can make that difficult.

Don't bother
When youvapply if you don't live in the postcode you are tossed aside and not even considered. All the full time gas engineers are lazy and back stabbers

Stress stress stress
I was at baxi for 5 weeks until i decided to walk out? The stress there is unbelievable? I was constantly told to speed up off the supervisor who was an absolute bullie? The full time staff just didn't like working with ageny staff constant back stabbing? But would be nice to your face? Didn't find any supervisors who where nice horrible place to work
