Management structure
Long hours and not enough staff to cover the International Portfolio and therefore managing HR issues, Property, IT, Project Management, Health and Safety issues whilst still running the property and engineering aspects of the role make it a challenge. On top of this with the management of staff in war zones, and areas of high risk does add further complexities
