What is the work environment and culture like at the company?

Clicky, have to fit in, a lot of unethical issues occurring but management pass a blind eye, staff can look down on you if you seem different in any way or believe in the right fair way of working.
The work environment is very busy especially when it comes to lunch hour when serving but the rest of day is still busy as the Hospitality team prepare the workers meeting for an example organising tea cups sugar and coffees.
