Can be high stress due to nature of the job but there's a sense of camaraderie on the team - and you feel like you're doing meaningful work everyday.

It is a good place to work - and has the benefit of a wide range of outlets and platforms for journalism. However, it is difficult to advance within the organisation or to improve your pay.
