Good place to work but cant retain good staff

BCD Travel has a better feeling than most companies but they are very stringent in monetary terms. Always less than the market rate for the same role, which is a shame because talent just leaves at the first opportunity

Great place to work

I worked a remotely for one of the BCD offices for a few years and I absolutely loved it. A really good company to work for with plenty of training on offer. If it wasn't for covid I'd still be there.

Great place to work

More so realised this during covid as obvious issues with the travel industry but they have continued to keep us in touch and communicate with us as efficiently as possible and also kept honest with us about the business. The culture of working at bcd is great I work with a fabulous bunch of people who are friends for life and always willing to help, the training and skills you gain are great

People and management are excellent

I enjoy working in a team and assisting the supervisor. I also help train the newly appointed apprentices. We all work very hard but are rewarded, lots of training. I enjoy consulting our clients and trouble shooting.
