Would not recommend

Morale is always low on the factory floor. There is a poor relationship between office workers and production. Nothing is ever planned properly or efficiently to the point of it being expected. Seen many mangers come and go, all start with a great attitude of wanting to help build the company but are always let down by those above them. No appraisals, pay rises or bonuses. Training for new staff is often cut short. Has the potential to be a good company but needs restructuring.

Not worth the time or day. Allow bullying then try to shift you onto another shift when you’re not the problem. Few great people but always treated badly

Certainly not a fun place to work, they don't make you welcome

Just don't work there, if they like you then your ok if they don't they will make it hard for you to get on, It's non stop if you stop they hassle you to get back to work,

I worked their fir 19 years and almost everyone made my life miserable .in the end it wasn't the right job for me I found out that care work was my job
