A once decent company that has forgotten its roots.
Bellway used to be a good company to work for but stale wages and ambiguity towards the work force have made the whole experience draining. Not the worst place I’ve worked, but far from the best.

Good company to work for
They are a good company to work for overall, flexible and good benefits. They could use some improvement in dealing with internal bullying/discrimination.

Flog the horse til it dies!
Not a great place to work and it has got worse in the last year so I’m told! Flogged everyday with very little support! Wessex had a very poor technical dep, poor engineering dep and overall a very poor HQ. They pay good so if you can put up with all the rest then enjoy! 🙈
