Had no problems with anybody there, just got on with jobs that I got asked to do there, management was great there no problems at all, nothing much more I could say regarding the firm

Very long probation period even after 2 years as an agency worker ! Management OK untillJoined permanent and moved site then treated Badly andDisrepectfull even thoughI had proved my self work wiseNo help for further advancing in the company no always told I was to old or a problem with advancement !

Bellway used to be a good company to work for but stale wages and ambiguity towards the work force have made the whole experience draining. Not the worst place I’ve worked, but far from the best.

Not a great place to work and it has got worse in the last year so I’m told! Flogged everyday with very little support! Wessex had a very poor technical dep, poor engineering dep and overall a very poor HQ. They pay good so if you can put up with all the rest then enjoy! 🙈

Currently work there crapp service from managers emailed to say I didn't have training we where pushed by contracts manager and head office the sales manager was rude and trying tell us how to do our jobs they also pushed their sales staff to sell when they couldn't no support given they where micro managedThey have so many staff and turn around

Was a great place to work. In my career I've worked many places and this was my 2nd favourite.Work was OK if a little repetitive (House bumping) the staff attitude, team and spirit was 1st class.The senior management was borderline psychotic

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Bellway, the standard of sales training is high, the team are really lovely and you are supported well.I jusr couldn’t work weekends any more otherwise I would definitely still be with them!

Management don’t care about the staff, progression is a myth and you’re expected to work multiple roles for a single salary with not extra support. If you’re a woman planning on having a family this is the worst place to work as they lead you to believe there is progression then they don’t allow that to happen because you’ll be taking time off for your baby.

Joined Bellway 8 years ago. Friendly company and good to work for with good managers on the whole and who treated you well as long as the sales and work was done. Had more of a laid back approach which worked well with the staff. Good pay. Now all that has changed and poor management and stress levels high.

enjoyable but stressful

Bellways is a good company i enjoyed working there but the only issue i came across is the management on the sites, some sites you could be alright given a job and let to crack on with it but other sites have managers who think they are bigger and better than you, they speak down to you like they own you and you are nothing and they manage to make your day worse all the time, you come to work to enjoy yourself and make a living nobody should be treated differently.
