Does Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?
Currently the working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 till 17:30, and Friday 08:30 till 13:00. There is an incentive in place to finish at 16:00 Monday to Thursday. We understand the need for flexibility of working hours when it comes to things like appointments or unavoidable life admin. We allow flexi-time where you can make up any lost time, and we also allow annual leave to be taken in increments of 30 minutes if you would rather take it as holiday.
