Never received all my holiday pay.
I worked as a warehouse operative for a client of Berry recruitment for 8 months full time 45hrs a week and only received 10 days holiday pay, doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that I’ve been bumped by this dodgy agency, they even said that I should get half a day a week. they said that they would launch a investigation to see where all my holidays have gone but 3 months later I haven’t heard anything….On top of all that they left me without a job, it was only because of the company I worked for gave me the opportunity to change agencies so I could carry working there. Avoid a zero hour contract
I worked at Berry Recruitment for 4 months in 2017. The pay was weak, even though I was living outside of London. They made me work 4 hours in Stafford Monday to friday, but never gave me any decent work in Birmingham or West Midland. It costs £11 a return ticket between Birmingham and Stafford. Managment wanted me to work at an Indian wedding all day on Saturday and expect me to be selling brews at Aston Villa. What would you say about your employer?
