The environment is very friendly and different age groups
You are given tasks and as long as you carry them out within the legislation set out and follow company policies and procedures you left alone. Equally if you need support the managers are 100% behind their staff. They are always on the end of the phone for support or are welcoming if you drop into the office. I would advise you to forget every bad thing you ever heard about home care, join our team and learn what Bespoke care truly means. (Others claim to be bespoke but we really are)
