Worked here for a while, even left for another job and returned. Salary is great, management very helpful listen and understand and try to be as accommodating to your own personal needs. shifts to suit all. Overall great place to work highly recommend both staff and service users and also management excellent. X

pleasant company to work for

I have worked at Bespoke for a while now, and compared to where i have worked before i find it is a fantastic company to work for. I feel the management really care about your well being and constantly strive to ensure you have a balanced work and home life. They go above and beyond to run an efficient company where they are never too busy to listen to any concerns you have. You receive regular feedback and praise is given where praise is due. The rounds are local so you are not expected to travel miles to your calls and the hourly rate is one of the best their is.

Excellent company to work for. Amazing management team.

This is by far the best home care company I have worked for and I have been in the care sector for 15 years. On interview I was asked my availability for working hours which I let them know being fair to do my share of weekends and bank holidays, they have been amazing and accommodating. They have also been excellent with training and giving opportunitys to advance my skills and further my education within the care sector. I feel that pay is fantastic compared to other company's. The level of care is fabulous ensuring our service uses are all treat individually and always in a person centred way. The management team i find excellent in every way to both ensure all our service uses have the appropriate care level they need and also any issues are dealt with both effectively and promptly. When I have had important appointments to attend they have helped to work this in as my day off so I don't have to use my annual leave. All around excellent company to work for,,,, I am very proud to work for bespoke care and support services

Great company to work for. Management are good and very flexible.

Brilliant company to work for and very supportive of you and any problems easy to get in touch with management. I’ve been with the company for over a year and have learnt so much.

Not recommended at all!

Family company any problems or company mistakes they gonna hide because they cover each other backs. Loads of brakes between calls not paid of course lovely service users but company is not fair wouldn't recommend to anyone

Very sorry you feel that way, I am unsure what mistakes you are talking about and would like to invite you to bring them to our attention by email or phone (info@bespoke-care.co.uk, 01484 483073).We do pay contact time along with a mileage allowance. Travel time is kept to a minimum and if you are on one of our rounds it is guaranteed you remain in the same postcode i.e. HD1, HD2, HD3 or HD5.If a call is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the assigned care worker receives the full call time, this is also the case if the care worker is turned away. For the first 7 days a service user is in hospital, the assigned care worker(s) is still paid for the visits.

Brilliant company to work for!

Very professional, approachable and fair management, Good rates of pay. Full training given aswell. One of the most rewarding jobs you could have is giving care in the community, and with a management team like ours at bespoke there's always someone to support you along the way.

Amazing company to work for

I believe bespoke care is an amazing place to work, the management team are always there for you no matter what time. All of the staff are friendly. I think bespoke care is such a good place to work. we are always accommodate the correct shifts and we have a regular shift pattern, I think this is a good thing.

Fantastic company

I love working for this company, they are very kind and understanding. The management is very supportive. It can be busy and long hours but I still enjoy it. I wouldn't work with any other care company!

Great company to work for

Bespoke care and support services are a great company to work for. I have been with this company since the beginning of this year the management are very helpful, if you have any issues no matter how big or small they are always there to resolve them. Before joining this company I was quite sceptical about joining a care company as I have heard a lot of bad feedback regarding how managers treat you and how you end up trailing all around West Yorkshire but this company is brilliant the travel distance is perfect and the management are very pleasant

Management are always so helpful and will try to accommodate all your needs. I’ve worked for the company for 2 years and all my calls are in a small area making it very easy for me. You’re never thrown here there and everywhere like a lot of companys!
