The company is a construction contractor it has absolutely nothing to do with bespoke careers, I'm unsure why its referring me to do this and is frankly quite annoying

Good workplace. Plenty of job offers on various sites across London. Most of the team members were fair and friendly. I found the company who hired me trough them. Thanks

a typical night at work would be to arrive at a service users home greet them and the family provide drinks when required watch t.v along the service user, then when the service user is ready to go to sleep i assist to put his mask on and make him comfy for bed and stay with him all night just in case the mask moves or he wakes for a drink. in the morning when he has woken i provide drinks and wait for another care worker to arrive we then give a full body wash hoist onto a commode to dress hoist back in to bed to finish dressing we then hoist him back out of bed give medication and take him into the living room where we hoist him into a comfy chair for the day. The hardest part of the job is ensuring the service user does not get depressed and has a good quality of life, the most enjoyable part of my job is the satisfaction of my service user having the choice of remaining within his family home and having a good quality of life. The co-workers i work along side with are very helpful and understanding and brilliant members of a small team.
Pros
petrol allowance

my working day can be good but bad i don't like working the last hours i have learned that i am a good people person the management is ok but don't do a lot when your feeling up set with work colleges the hardiest part of the job is getting the correct orders out and on time the part that i love about my job is mating different people and getting to know them
Pros

Cons

On a typical day i would either open the bar in the morning and deal with setting up the bar and the overall running and serving of guests at lunch time, or come in for night time and deal with all dinner covers until 9 and then cover the bar for residents and members of the public whilst making sure i get things set up for the morning as in the summers its so busy they is not a lot of time to get things organized for the next day . I have learned excellent customer service skills and developed my confidence. I enjoy working as part of my team and we all work together to help each other out when ever possible. The hardest part of my job is during the summer months as i could be doing up to 13 hour straight shifts or working 7am - 12 then back in at 6pm - 12pm. Things i enjoy most about my job is dealing with the public as your always meeting someone new and the people i work with.
Pros
Free lunches, discount on bed and breakfast
Cons
long hours, split shift

This position is brilliant if you want a job for a few hours on an evening so you can look after your children in the day time.
