Lovely client's but management is abit slow
Lovely people to work for ? Good pay ? Only thing I say is bad is the management is poor at getting back to you ? Would recommend but the management isn't reliable

Nice environment
Nice environments and staff are always supportive of one another. Management always supportive too. Usually feels like a real team effort. Rewarding to help others meet their targets

Always do what they say
Care jobs are about what you make them, what suits one person will not suit another. My experience of this company has been fantastic, I'm bank staff and I'm always offered shifts in advance without any pressure. I have constant access to training, on call are exceptionally helpful and the managers are available, do what they say they will. They only have one package in my area and the supported hours are mainly afternoon/evening or I would happily work for them full time.
Care Assistant in Blackpool, Lancashire

The worst
I have working in care for 3 years now,And this is the worst care company. The management don’t know how to run a care company. Been sent to a hospital without a dbs. The only good thing is the pay per hour but not worth it as the management will damage your mental health.
Health Care Assistant/Support Worker in South West

Poor Management and not person centred for clients
Although face to face time with clients is satisfying it comes with a lot of frustration as management approach is not person centred at all. The company are in the business for the money and not about providing the best service for the people we support. Management is difficult to communicate with and not always truthful. The company continues to exist using the good will of the work force and does not give support to their employees. Management do not respect or listen to issues and concerns raised by support workers
