Lovely clients and brill support
Complex Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 30 March 2022
I have received alot of support from Bespoke and have met some lovely clients. Our managers arent based at 1 locatoon so somtimes it does go a while without seeing them but them and our nurses are always only a phone call away. Training is brill all bespoke to the client your working with. Good work life balance and most are long shifts so ive always done a few days a week and had plenty of time at home to. Ive had a few challenges in my personal life and at work and the managers have always been supportive and helped where they can.
Pros
Flexible hours
Cons
Zero hour contract

Fantastic working environment to be in.
Management (Current Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 9 November 2021
Started with Bespoke about 3 months ago and have been struck by the friendly approaches from staff across all regions and parts of the business. Was made to feel welcome from day one, with lots of opportunities to discuss ideas and develop the service. Some of the service managers are brilliant in their roles and support each other with providing cover or to talk through a concern. The support workers carry on in the most difficult of times and are to be commended for the quality of care they provide and their ability to turn up at short notice to cover sickness or absence. There is some baggage from previous post holders across the division but we are working through that and feel positive about the future.
Pros
Flexible working
Cons
Legacy of previous management teams to overcome.

An open and collaborative company
Recruitment Lead (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 29 October 2021
I had worked for BHSC for approximately six years. Those six years were some of the best times in my life personally and professionally. I was fortunate enough to have worked in the compliance team, moving into recruitment and becoming recruitment lead. There is an opportunity to develop a career at BHSC and to move up in the business. The years there, have helped me develop and understand the care industry much more in-depth due to their openness and willingness for different people from different departments to collaborate. If you are looking for a fast-paced and rewarding place to work, join the BHSC team.
Pros
Great team
