Really disappointing company who do not support staff
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Devon - 15 September 2023
Was hesitant to join as it was a zero hour contract, but I was assured by the care manager I would be guaranteed 36hrs a week without a problem. Biggest lie ever , I had a weeks work then nothing more!! Really disappointing company I would avoid working here if possible as what they say and what they do are two completely different things.

The pay is good,love that you get trained regularly and it’s a fun job to do,expect that you have to wait for days to hear from management ,they are trying but can do better.

Great pay but employs anyone (even without training) no management support or respect for the client.

Looking after a client with spinal injuries. No support from management when problems arise. Best part is feeling you have helped someone to live their life at the best possible.
