A good place to work
A good place to work with friendly approachable management who are supportive , staffing team are friendly and work well to gather to help each other out weekly pay is a massive bonus and one the best paid support worker jobs going but they do expect a high standard in return , lots of over time has been offered to me but my manager understands outwork commitments and work life balance and il pick up when I can and this is always appreciated.

Bad
I started the company, left a really good job for this one as it was closer to home, told it was more money and better hours. When started was told by client was less money and your holiday pay is in your wage every week! The management doesn’t return your phone calls and You don’t get a rota so you don’t know when you are at work or not? Very bad company and would not recommend it

Not a good company to work for very long hours 60+ hours per week, expect you to cover shifts as never enough staff on packages, always promising to employ more, no support from management, all they care about is profit,
