Stressful
Working 3/4 weekends, lack of support from management. Friendly team. Struggle to park at 9am as there is not enough carpark spaces for everyone so you have to park quite far away and walk in.

Draining
Very draining, over worked. Expected to achieve great customer service with loads on. Told in training you're not pushed on 3 chats, then on your first day in office during training you get 3 after a few hours.Training is very bad compare to what you actually have to do. You'll spend the first few months very very stressed out, not knowing what is going on.Best advice is get past induction and learn from main customer service because you're told so many inaccurate things during training.

Stressful workplace
even after being with this company for over 7 years , nothing gets done when team leaders and managers think that they can treat people like something they have stepped in. People thinking they are better than anyone else but really only live very sad and lonely lives. if your face doesnt fit then you have no chance at all.

Good progression opportunities
You can progress within or across various departments and the pay is not too bad with incentives for working evenings and weekends. The rota is demanding though, as you can find yourself working early one day and then late the next etc. The shift patterns are not structured very well in my opinion.
