Embarrassed 😞,short staffed at all the time,poor quality of service re.personal care of the patients.Always felt guilty I couldn’t do more!They don’t care once the shift are covered with no skilled staff.Nurses are working hard lots of responsibilities with poor payment!!Shame 😢
