The people that i worked with are great. Manager's have no idea what's going on. Things do change on a monthly basis. Very political so if your face don't fit there is no chance of progression.

High turnover

When I was in training for this company, it felt like being at school, with immature colleagues, who mostly were obnoxious and rude. The training was absolutely abysmal, no trainer in the classroom, although we were told the trainer would meet us on our first day.Out of seven, only three made it to the contact centre on time, after one day a colleague had to come back into training.If you want to be stressed beyond belief this is the job for you. Management don't care if you need help, it's sink or swim. Worst job ever.

Productive and good place

It is a cool place to work. I do enjoy working in the place. The management team is very good and helpful. The hybrid pattern helps save money since you don’t need to be in the office always

Long hours little support

Targets that only the few meet not much support from coaches moved departments and then left with out any help used to be a good place to work but see staff who are leaving all the time

Good place to work

Company cut down their staff due to Covid. They made people redundant. This was not done fairly however the redundancy package was very good. overall great place to work and people are generally east to get along with.
