Enjoyed my time

I enjoyed my time with the Bhandals, I was lucky enough to find a well run practice within the company, and was sad to leave. I think they have had some management issues in the past but believe they were changing/improving this as I was leaving.

Atrocious

Worked there for 5 years, managers are all unqualified/unexperienced just whichever nurse is floating around at the time is picked. Terrible company to work for. No respect for staff at all.

Great learning experience

I started 8 weeks ago at the Bhandal dental surgery. I did not have my NHS performer number. They helped me with every stage of the process.
