Non organised shifts,and a very fast paced environment, faster than any warehouse
The whole job. You are told it’s just swapping full cages for empty cages, it’s not. You get to your delivery & you need to take the full cages to wherever they are to go (could be up 3 flights of stairs) then, you are to empty the full cages out. It’s stressful long long days. Don’t do it.
Training is rushed and they give you way to many deliveries to start with and also a lot of the places you will deliver to are not hgv friendly nightmare trying to park and unload.
Hi pick expectations and not receiving adequate training to help reach that expectation
They expect so much for so less the amount they put onto are shift from when I started to when I left was just ridiculous
