Reviews for Order Picker at Bidfood

Terrible

Good when I first started but gone down hill from there management don’t help at all supervisors help but only a little there is a lot of tension at work all the time due to the bad management and organisation getting out on time is rare due to being severely short staffed. Would not recommend anyone work for Bidfood unless you want to work long hours and feel extremely tired and depressed.

ok job if your face fits

work is ok, but the bonus structure all depends on who you are, and who you know in the company. Distribution of picks is handled unfairly, with certain staff always receiving the decent (bonus) picks, while everybody else scrambles around trying to achieve their daily targets. Very unsocial working hours, but the pay is good.
