Stepping stone into B2B
Great place to start a career in B2B sales but certainly not a long term job.Management structure is horrific, some of 'management' are decent but only a handful are, the rest are ....The salary is around £5000 less than other companies and the commison structure is pretty poor.Easy job and easy day to day work, very repetitive though.Sometimes expected to work 11am to 7pm for the USA markets ...

An easy, laid back, fun environment - filled with kind, welcoming people, weekly pizza and endless games of pool!
I can’t fault bidnamic one bit, imagine an adult youth club where you can hand on heart enjoy your job.The one place I actually stand by and vouch what they do and the technology.Nothing bad to say!

Energetic, friendly and productive
Bidnamic's workplace culture is unique, friendly and inviting. Question's are encouraged and certainly welcome about anything and everything across job roles. You get out what you put in and everyone mutually values each other. The training is also very effective, engaging and they are willing to take time in training.
