Productive fun workplace but if you want a promotion it’s less than likely

Could be better could be worse the pay is decent for the work you’re doing, especially being able to work from home is a big bonus. Management run things awfully luckily it’s the BDE’s that keep the place running

Great place to start a career in B2B sales but certainly not a long term job.Management structure is horrific, some of 'management' are decent but only a handful are, the rest are ....The salary is around £5000 less than other companies and the commison structure is pretty poor.Easy job and easy day to day work, very repetitive though.Sometimes expected to work 11am to 7pm for the USA markets which can be quite refreshing sometimes.

A very welcoming and fun place to work

Since my first day working at Bidnamic. The team was very helpful to get me started working. Great documentation for orientation. As an engineer an excellent place to improve your skills. The team culture is wonderful. Meanwhile, you can keep a work and life balance also.

Working at bidnamic is great, since joining the work has been challenging and interesting. The management team are really invested in your success and have created a great culture. As an engineer, I have been able to maintain an excellent work-life balance.

Excellent business to work for

Bidnamic is an excellent business to work for. The training programme they have designed is exceptional and covers every area of the business. They have a collaborative approach to business with every department working together in unison. I have found the workplace culture to be one of the best I have worked within and everybody is approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend Bidnamic!

Energetic, friendly and productive

Bidnamic's workplace culture is unique, friendly and inviting. Question's are encouraged and certainly welcome about anything and everything across job roles. You get out what you put in and everyone mutually values each other. The training is also very effective, engaging and they are willing to take time in training.

A great place to work hard

Bidnamic's a great place to work. I get a chance to work with really motivated, helpful and honest people who take their responsibilities seriously and are open to criticism. My suggestions for improvements are always welcome and we periodically review our processes and accomplishments to make sure we're moving in the right direction. I really appreciate the flexibility in Bidnamic which is very helpful if you are a parent - especially in these weird COVID times!

I've never felt more at home working for a company than I do here. I relocated across the country for this role and they've made me feel so welcome & settled. The opportunity to grow and progress within the company has no limits & you have the freedom to manage your own time. The culture within the team is second to none & the vibe they've created is so nurturing so you never feel stressed or overwhelmed.

We have the freedom to plan our day and be flexible, whether it's working from home or coming into the office to collaborate. I have worked at Bidnamic for almost 2 years, and watching the growth of the company has been amazing. The culture is second to none, we are like a family and all work together as opposed to against each other which is common in sales environments. If you work hard, you will reap the rewards.

Fun and exciting work place!

I love my job at Bidnamic. I have control over how I organise my day and what areas I want to concentrate and excel in. The culture is amazing here as it has been built based on what we all wanted a workplace to be like. I like coming to work every day and seeing my hard work off as I grow with the company.
