Bidnamic
Bidnamic Employee Review
Stepping stone into B2B
Business Development Executive (Former Employee) - Leeds - 12 April 2022
Great place to start a career in B2B sales but certainly not a long term job. Management structure is horrific, some of 'management' are decent but only a handful are, the rest are .... The salary is around £5000 less than other companies and the commison structure is pretty poor. Easy job and easy day to day work, very repetitive though. Sometimes expected to work 11am to 7pm for the USA markets which can be quite refreshing sometimes.
Pros
Manage your own time / shift options / laid back / decent company
Cons
Salary / commison / management

Do not apply. Poor and mentally draining
Business Development Executive (Former Employee) - Leeds - 16 October 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Being made redundant on Google meets with 10+ of my colleagues What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Unrealistic expectations from line managers

An easy, laid back, fun environment - filled with kind, welcoming people, weekly pizza and endless games of pool!
Business Development Executive (Current Employee) - Leeds City Centre, West Yorkshire - 4 March 2022
I can’t fault bidnamic one bit, imagine an adult youth club where you can hand on heart enjoy your job. The one place I actually stand by and vouch what they do and the technology. Nothing bad to say!

Productive fun workplace but if you want a promotion it’s less than likely
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) - Leeds City Centre, West Yorkshire - 13 January 2023
Could be better could be worse the pay is decent for the work you’re doing, especially being able to work from home is a big bonus. Management run things awfully luckily it’s the BDE’s that keep the place running
