Be nice to the staff , not follow them and record them on my phone , make sure they get there hollidays if not there hd pay , i wont use bad words at them or about them , i wouldnt go about talking about them , and if i was the ceo i would be looking into why my staff arnt staying witch makes the company look bad as the custumers are seeing the staff change alot and are starting to ask why , but tbh i dont think he cares

Listen to the staff & try too help when ever possible
