Staff not valued and never appreciated. Pure pay as you go job with no minimal benefit. There's a feeling that staff could easily be replaced when they choose to leave
Low pay and no benefits, even at Christmas time
No support what so ever from the management at all over anything stay well away from this company l cant wait to leave tell you onething and end up doing another some work colleagues you can trust and some of the others will stab you in the back the first chance that is available to them
No credit for the work you do. Managers never there and always on sick but when you take a sick day you feel guilty for letting work colleagues down.present customer not a clue what they are doing
None take into account workers need work life balance and not change rotas at last minute
You are just hours no matter how hard you work
I have only worked here a short time and have found they don't support their staff make staff work too many hours whenever good job opportunities arise they give them to family members moral is low and multiple jobs to do for minimum wage. have to work Christmas for normal rate and are expected to pay for a taxi out of your wages to get there

Inept management who do not show any interest or care for their staff. Nepotism is rife on this contract which has had a detrimental effect on moral. All the decent staff are looking to leave.
Expected to work throughout christmas, including christmas day or night without any incentive
