The management is terrible. Doesn't have a clue. Since starting everything has gotten worse and just keeps going down hill fast. Atleast 5 have walk out withing a couple of weeks of starting.Struggling? Well I'll be sat in the office doing FA!

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing, they think so little of their staff and no support is given at all.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Not enough staff to do job so never seem to stop. There's no guidance and you get disciplinary if you use your initiative. When you put reports in about H&S nothing gets done and you get no feedback.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very poor. Nearly all staff are in low mood, and looking for another job.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Stressful, your on the go all the time and new staff are not trained correctly making job harder.

I love working here for Bidvest noonan, I'm paid on time, I'm left to just do my job without someone hovering over me, I love that freedom.The client I clean for is lovely too. I'm glad I got this job the hours are perfect for me around family commitments.

More people off sick then turning into work

They would rather keep on the workers that don't do any work or just doing the bare minimum of work plus more people off sick more times then turning in to work. When someone have music on you would get a telling off but when a bloke does, no word of a warning. Stay way
