Don’t even bother.
The operations manager is an absolute joke. Most of the employees are 16-19 years old where this is one of their first roles and the management know this fine well. They abuse their authority and the fact these people don’t know their rights. The operations manager (an older guy) forced me to take my jacket off when it was freezing in the office - so inappropriate. I left.

Management are a joke, expect jokes are funny
The Team Leaders don't seem to know what they are doing. They have no regard for the wellbeing or mental health of their staff and they constantly pick favourite and bully or isolate the people they don't like. They count you as being late even when you aren't. They complain about you not doing enough work when you have brought in more money than the previous week and had a lower wrap time day after day. There are zero meaningful incentives for this job, unless your face fits you won't find any real progression at this company. The only positive I would say is the other agents, who are equally as miserable, are all pretty nice. You can have a right laugh with them however not for long as your 15 minutes has to include waiting for Synarian to punch you out (ps. it never works properly), holding doors open for people, trying to get into the locker room to get your bag/jacket/phone walking down to the canteen to then sit for 8 or 9 minutes at most to then go back up put your stuff away and get back to your desk in time. All in all I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy

The management are a joke and never take you seriously when raising a concern, even if you complain to HR about being treated unfairly nothing ever gets done about it and when something is the changes don't last long and the management (TLs) go back to taking stress or anger out on you, you have set targets every month which there is no point in as there is no longer commission, The departments working times change almost every week, The absence procedure Is so strict that even when you have a valid reason to be off and even send them in a sickline or proof as to why you are absent it is still marked against your name and goes to the investigatory process and you will be given some kind of warning. The only good thing about Bill gosling is the pa and some of the people you work with as most of them are lovely
