Research nurse in North West

Good but short time experience
...exciting research work. Suddenly cut shot with little warning. Working during exciting times of the pandemic had mixed feelings of fear, excitement and sense of fulfilment. Had hoped to remain in the job longer as it got more exciting. Got lots of experience in communication and community exposure. Work prepared me for greater challenges ahead.Helped me sharpen my driving skills due to travel in different areas for long hours .Good life -work balance

Supportive great place to work
I have been at Bionical for 2 years now. I have found them very supportive, listen and act on suggestions to improve the service. Management are very approachable and I feel valued and supported. The renal technicians that I work with are great, hard working and put the patient at the centre of everything we do.

Terrible American company
This is the worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work for. What ever you do, if you value your career stay as far away from them as you can.
Health Care Assistant in East Midlands

Run and don't look back.
Started this job with the promise of work local being taken on, months down the line I'm still waiting and travelling in excess of 200 miles per day.Dispite constant calls and emails to management with issues no support is provided and all communication is ignored unless your willing to cover shifts the other side of the country then you might just get a little something back. This isn't a caring or healthcare profession, you are signing up to be a delivery driver without getting paid delivery driver wages. Say goodbye to your car, you will need a new one within a year of doing this job.RTs/HCAs are treated with 0 respect by the nurses, it's the most toxic environment I have ever come across.
