Good work environment
I enjoy the work environment and the facilities on offer. The University should consider bringing the library into the main building annexe. The cafeteria can be upgraded.

Dysfunctional place to work
Administration systems don’t work as they should and whole days are spent trying to work around these problems. There’s a working culture based around moaning and complaining about things, combined with an overall sense of apathy that things don’t work as they should. I found it incredibly frustrating to work in such a dysfunctional environment and left. On leaving I struggled to get HR to provide a simple job reference, through no fault of my own, leaving me jobless for several months and sending emails which either bounced back or got ignored. Emails to payroll also went unanswered. To be avoided if you want to keep your sanity.

Productive and fun workplace
Such a large and diverse team, very welcoming and inclusive. The management team are very informative and like to keep and close relationship with their colleagues. Very professional.

Terrible place to work
this was the first job that i had, such that decided to leave after 5 months. I had no support from my manager who contantly undermined me and went straight to my staff rather than come through me and regulaly negate any thing I had agreed with them Urge you not to go there

A great group of people to work for
Just a shame that work is only seasonal, it was a calm, welcoming, and friendly environment, where everyone was open to helping. An enjoyable job, if you love talking to people.
