ok place to work
Good management but low salary. Staff were all very nice but the hard work doesnt justify the salary. Found everyone worked as a team, and they did support everyone.Staff Nurse in BCH

Great teamwork at BCH, loved my time working there!
I really enjoyed my time working at BCH, from when I was a student through to employment once qualified! The team I was part of was fantastic. Had a couple of unfriendly encounters with staff from other areas but overall this is a nice place to work. The children and families are fantastic and the work that BCH does is amazing! Would highly recommend - I still miss it myself having moved on to new ventures!Administrator in Birmingham, West Midlands

Children's No - Womans, Yes
I have worked at both sites.
Firstly I would not recommend the childrens at all. Sadly I'm not the only one. Management is terrible, you feel belittled.
However, the Woman's (where i work now) is much better. The management here is much better and feel supported.
Obviously wherever you work there will be people who talk behind your back, but it's not too bad here.Midwife assistance in Bwh

boring, stressful, staff are rude
one of the most draining places to work
very stressful, most the staff around the hospital are very rude and disrespectful. the work load compared to wages is appalling, and lastly, the "training" provided is of the worst qualityWhat would you say about your employer?
