Head of Assets & Investment (Current Employee) - Blackheath, West Midlands - 7 March 2022
The best thing about working at Black Country Housing Group is its people. Being a small sized housing provider, most colleagues know each other and has the sense of working in a family run business. BCHG have given me the opportunity to grow within the business and expand my skills and qualifications. As an employer, BCHG pay well, have a generous benefits and pensions package and invests in training, personal and professional development too. I look forward to coming to work each day and making a difference to peoples lives.

Ex employee
Carer (Former Employee) - Kingswinford - 10 May 2021
New Bradley hall has suffered bad management and unfair treatment of its staff for the last 4 years and high level of turn over due to this. If you enjoy good mental health do not ruin it by taking a post here. No help from management when problems arise and a serious blame culture is in place here when things go wrong. Manager treats staff as disposable and know several fires at the drop of a hat through no fault of their own to cover up faults of others.
Pros
Fair salary for a care job
Cons
No job security. Mistreated. Understaffed for levels of care required

Not all it seems
Dementia Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Halesowen - 11 December 2019
Overall A very below average company who overate their work ethics!
Over streched workload under staffed & continuos high agency useage.
Salary is fair which is appealling but you sure have your work cut out so be mindful as not all as it seems!
Have a dangerous HIGH turn over of Management & staff in the last few years which is major red flags for any considering applicants. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AS A EMPLOYER.anyone
