Flexible and nice managment

Empty promises - undermanaged - no future.
Job of Brand Ambassador itself is great. Especially when you have passion for the product and Brand you represent. However the low pay, disadvantages and cost associated with working at the airport and dishonest, greedy management. It is making it altogether not worth it. Nepotism and favoritism in within the office, while there was lack of sufficient management and support for people on actual shop floor. Lack of clear or otherwise career path, countless unpaid hours spent on training and in queues through airport security checks... All Zero Hours Contracts, no job security, killing hours shifts... for close to national minimum pay. What would you say about your employer?
