Massive improvement in the past year
I have worked for Blinds 2 Go for nearly 2 years and am coming to the end of my employment with them now. When I first started, the atmosphere was quite tense and in my opinion, the management and HR team were poor.In the past 6 months Blinds 2 go have acknowledged this and made huge changes to the management and HR teams and management style - even now they are continuing to employ more agents with more thorough training, and have changed from being stats and money driven to focusing on quality service and complaint resolution for the customer, taking pressure off their employees. The pay has improved since I first started for the company as a whole, with a focus on lower level employees and I believe the new wages are far more fair. I used to hate coming into work but with the new changes I’m actually sad to be leaving,If you are comfortable with complaint resolution and often dealing with difficult customers, which is a natural part of customer service jobs, then I would recommend Blinds 2 Go.

I have worked here for over 2yrs, there have been lots of changes for the better.
We moved into our new building, right on the edge of town. The building is massive, loads of room and you dont feel like you are sat on top of each other. COVID measures are in place, HR spoke to us all individually to see how we were and if we are happy with working conditions and support. We have been moving in the right direction and have grown alot since I started. Managers/HR do want to support you. Overall a good place to work and getting better. The focus has shifted to quality rather than quantity.
