Great team but zero flexibility
The people were great to work with, however there is no flexibility at all. Tried to bring in "flexible working" but wasnt actually flexible at all just let you start or finish an hour later.

Cliquey
Not a nice team feel. Huge workload, not much support, very isolating, salary is ok but if you're not a favourite it's quite stressful. It was a relief to leave to be honest.

Terrible company to work for
Poor management. They treat you like a working horse. You work hard with little rewards. They expect you to be the best. Put you down on your hard efforts and confidence. No training at all.
