Wouldn't return
Expect blood out of a stone, don't support the site manager when needed, they would rather beat them more with a stick. The policies are good but too much for 1 managerTrainee Site Manager in Halstead

Good company...bad management...poor training
Having not worked in construction directly, my knowledge of the industry was limited but you are pretty much left to get on with it. Pressure from senior management is too intense for site management to have the time to provide training...you, the new recruit, are required to be very proactive and train yourself.Cpcs telehandler in Gloucester

Did not enjoy
Was there 6 years and was forced out by new manager could of easily took to tribunal and won but i walked away and am now happy. No drug testing on site or in offices although there should be i highly recommend everyone from top to bottom is tested without prior notice. Sales Advisor in Solihull Tewkesbury banbury

Great money but highly stressful environment and you earn every penny. Long hours and highly pressured.
Great money but highly stressful environment and you earn every penny. Long hours and highly pressured. Management very old school and always looking to find fault rather than to give praise. Quick to make examples of people and belittle them publicly. They do not like anyone who creates waves, or speaks out. What would you say about your employer?
