All blow LTD professionals are freelancers and provide their own kits. The kit required to work on the platform varies by service - for Hair Styling, Nails, Facials and Aromatherapy Massage, we are partnered with specific brands and so we require our professionals to purchase a kit if they don't already have these brands. We offer these kits at a fantastic trade discount for our professionals. For all other services, we don't have specific brand partnerships - but we do have guidelines and requirements for the quality of the kit.

All blow LTD professionals are self-employed and work with us as freelancers. Professionals need to provide their own public liability insurance and manage their own taxes. We have a partnership with a business that can help freelance beauty professionals manage their own taxes - and they offer a special discount for blow LTD professionals, so this is always an option!

As we're providing premium hair and beauty services in customers homes, we have high standards for our hair and beauty professionals. Our recruitment process starts with a quick quiz for us to find more information about you. Depending on which service you provide, we'll then invite you to a trade test, where we'll test your skill, and an introductory session, where you'll learn more about working with us and get to ask any questions you have. After this, we'll invite you to a Test Appointment, where you'll do an appointment on a non paying customer.
