Sales Manager in Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire
on 11 August 2022
Long hours, management is awful

Expect too much, no flexibility, long hours, and little to no reward or even job satisfaction at the end of the day. Training was very minimal with expectations to do as well as everyone else.

Worst job ever

Work for this company for a few years over that time the management has gone down hill fast know nothing about the job always blame other people fine for them to be rude and unprofessional but will run crying to HR if you dare to speak the truth and as far as drivers are treated seeing as they are the face of bond they are treated the lowest of the low the firm should be in a third world country as they are a third class employee
