Night Manager in Birmingham
on 14 August 2023
Company is a good company to work for challenging job as the home is a Complex behaviours home.

I then do any tasks that have been asked of me by day staff. Then I would do a unit walk round. The most enjoyable part of my job is getting to know ...

Horrible place to work
So pleased I have left this company. It has such a toxic work environment. No support from anybody. Left on your own to look after residents. No proper breaks. Wouldn’t recommend this job if you want a life outside work
