Hated it as i knew how the managers would treat me
Non stop as soon as I walk in the door just waiting for the next disaster to happen
Love it. 10 till 6 means I start two and a half hours later AND finish two and a half hours earlier than my last job with more hours pay in between too. The work is physical and sometimes heavy but you knew that when you applied for the job and if the wages aren't brilliant you save a fortune on the gym etc. Not to mention the 10% discount for staff. One or two awkward ones but you'll get that wherever you go. Most of the staff and management are friendly, helpful and most of the management will listen if you have a suggestion for improvement, or concerns for that matter. Happier than I've been for a long time.
Used to look forward to the challenge of the day. When they started managers that didn't know what they were doing I started to dread going in knowing I would spend most of the day sorting out their mistakes
Dreaded going into work due to knowing what the supervisors mood was like every day.
Honestly hate it so much. Most days I just do the bare minimum due to being over worked and hope I don’t get moaned at by members of management
The only thing that got to me was the early start and Late finish.
If you don't get enough sleep you pay for it the next day, nobody seems bothered about that though.I hate it, I ponder and worry about what mood my area manager will arrive in daily, this has the whole branch on tenterhooks
Dreaded it
Very bored, same routine, same faces, same hassle
