  • I have found the management team to be very supportive

  • Sort the managers out especially at HATFIELD. They have a bully mindset like we are managers you are the worker we are above you kinda thing. Don't help you at all either. Ambient managers are the worst.

  • Full of illegal immigrants
    Full of bullies

    And management are all Hitler's

  • Listen to staff,

  • Lock the doors from the outside. Seriously the way they treat staff is such a joke with minimum wages and long unsociable hours most people would not be proud to admit working for them on a CV.

  • RESIGN and make the business run smoother.....

  • As far as the comment about being given overtime in cases of shortfall in staff numbers goes, I can only say the Preston branch already does.

  • Hone out the trouble makers and those who don't do their job properly and promote those more able in their place.

  • Look at worthing management as they’re regularly breaking GDPR so one of the supervisors can mingle with her daughter, cooking the books regularly for when head management come into branch an gossiping heavily about fellow members of staff and customers, so unprofessional

  • Give overtime pay and sort out the rota so you not out over 10 hours a day and fore the work we do we should be paid better
