Order picker and packer
The training was on a good level and the trainers really gave you the time of day to help. when you start you will be put on a flexi contract meaning they can call you in on your day of and you have to come in, after 6 month this is suposed to turn into a full contract but most people will be extended for the extra month (the reason they will give you is "you go over on your breaks "or "your profomance isnt up to scrach") either way its a benifit for them to keep you on a flexi contract. Most people will have left by the time the 6 months is up tho because of the physical labour involved in this job and its all for minimum wage! in my opinion its just not worth it and management do look down at you
Pros
Good Co-workers
Cons
The physical labour for minimum wage

slave workshop
lots of good people but bad management which think that they are better just because we get paid differently or they don't have to wear a normal uniform so that means we're less plus they make changes to the environment and then blame you for not picking as fast
Cons
long hours, no help, abusive, denied holidays

Terrible company, do not apply
Managers are always rude and grumpy, they overwork you, health and safety is none existant, PPE is not required, only a high vis if picking but no safety gloves or boots, their hand scanners are never washed and are covered in 20 years worth of dried up crusty sweat which is disgusting, they never pay you for overtime and when you dispute not being paid they do not ever pay you for time and a half or double when you are owed it. Everyday my supervisor would pester me for overtime then when I worked it they would not pay me and they wondered they I left. On top of all of those reasons not to work there, the building itself is filthy and falling apart. At one point part of the ceiling inside collapsed and could have killed someone. DO NOT WORK HERE. They are con artists.
Pros
None
Cons
Management are awful, no pay for overtime
