  • Booksy does not offer sick pay, employees will receive SSP (statutory sick pay) after four consecutive days of absence. We do not expect people to never be off sick and employees are not sanctioned or fired for being genuinely unwell, this happens to us all. However, if an employee shows a recurring pattern of sickness or is absent more than they are actually at work then we will follow the process we have set out to try and help them improve their attendance. have an in house HR system to support with these processes
