Basically you spend an hour doing some stupid questionnaire, you waste your time and at the end they send you an email saying you’re not successful and give it 12 months before you apply again so you can get to know yourself better... So out of all this, DON’T waste your time, filling up their questionnaire for nothing as to get the job, you need to know someone from the people who work there and to recommend you to the poor management.
You apply online (it takes about 5 minutes). Then within a day you'll get an email asking you to complete an online assessment. It says it'll take 45 minutes, but it can be done in about 20. It's in two parts - the first gives you different scenarios and asks how you would react, and the second gives you two statements and asks you to choose the one that applies to you the most. At the end it gives you some feedback. If you've got an interview, you'll usually hear within a week. You're given 3-4 days and 3-4 time slots per day to choose your interview slot from. The interview usually takes 30 minutes and involves competency based questions, scenarios, and also some time on the shop floor. You'll hear if you've got it or not about a week or so afterwards, depending on how many people they're interviewing.

Totally agree that you need to be a brown nose to get anywhere within this company. Sadly that works from the bottom to the top. Best way of applying - don't bother. Save your time and find someone who will appreciate you.

You will then get to choose a time slot that is best for you for an interview. You get to the interview and they ask you a few questions about why you are suitable for the job, and why you want this job and what sort of expierence you have had before. At the end of the interview, they tell you whether or not you have the job.
