Answered 22 September 2020Working pattern is a standard 3 on 3 off rota. It is 12 hour shifts that consist of 8am-8pm (8pm-8am for nights). Staff have a 1 hour break during their shift.

Answered 12 November 2019Positive. Borough Care are focusing a lot around their staff, adding more perks for Staff to access and have recently reviewed their pay. Lots of exciting things are happening at Borough Care with our Residents always in mind.

Answered 12 November 2019No not at all all head office staff have worked from home since April 2020 because they do not want to catch covid but they are OK putting all the staff and residents at risk moving them around.
Answered 6 February 2021Busy, which I loved. Had your own unit of residents to assist with personal care, and take to the dining room for meals.
