Working pattern is a standard 3 on 3 off rota. It is 12 hour shifts that consist of 8am-8pm (8pm-8am for nights). Staff have a 1 hour break during their shift.

I would ensure ALL staff were supported and happy 100%. Happy staff equals happy home and residents which means staff will go above and beyond more than what they already do

No not at all all head office staff have worked from home since April 2020 because they do not want to catch covid but they are OK putting all the staff and residents at risk moving them around.
