The summer that dreams are made of.
I had the best summers, with the best views working here. During my split shifts I loved diving into the sea and socialising with likeminded people. The social element of The Bowgie, as well as effective management and colleagues made my time there so memorable. Whether living in or commuting there is something for everyone. I met so many regulars and even now when I go there for a visit I am greeted so warmly. Can not recommend this place enough :)

Was fun for time being but unhappy with the situation was put in overall not bad place friendly staff lovely location worth a try if looking for a good summer

Friendly staff and flexible hours
The bowgie is a great place to work no matter what age. The pay for the younger staff around my age was brilliant. While working there there was a always a great vibe throughout the staff members and always a smiles around.

busy, fun workplace.
The days varied on how busy it was. I learnt new customer service skills, and how to prepare certain dishes. The management was good, and my co-workers were lovely, everyone had to work as a team most of the time however there were times where we had to work off our own initiative. Everyone worked really well together, which made my time there far more enjoyable and made it a bit easier to settle in. The hardest part of the job was trying to keep on top of everything during the peak/busiest times. However it was manageable, and I was always able to keep on top of everything. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new customers every day, and getting to know them. I also loved being part of such a great team, and also learning lots of new things about the dishes and also the area.
