CASHIER in 36 LOWER DORSET STREET

Fun workplace
Great place to work because of the staff members but not because of the company, its very messi the way that the company runs the job and we have not any benefites at all
Cashier with a key in West Midlands
on 27 November 2022
Not for the feint hearted
Poor rates of pay (lowest paid managers in the uk) against other firms, managers must not be as good as other firms to pay such a menial hourly rate, poor support network, I don’t think one can say anything good about it other than the staff you meet some are golden, Needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. More concerned about an initial on a toilet check, than a customer punting good money
Deputy Manager in Coventry, West Midlands

worst job ever
one word - horrendous. You don’t get trained at all. I was thrown in the managers position despite frequently telling them I didn’t want to, to which I had to train myself for the entire time and never received any acknowledgment through management.
Shop Manager in Ellesmere Port
on 21 June 2022
horrific
have you doing 3 14 hour shifts in a row, next to no training just left to learn on your own, no support from management, snakey staff who just chat behind your back long boring days, have to lose an hours pay to take break which you never get to take, have staff members travelling all round the country then you’re just left to cover their shift.
Manager in Midlands

Terrible. Soul destroying.
Worst higher management i've ever seen. Company full of bullies covering for each other. Area managers with no people skills or proper training. No payrise for years. Expected to give your all for nothing.
