Hard graft
This job is hard graft. The loads are literally full and crammed into the wagon. Some drivers have it easy on local areas and are back early, but some have to go far with a full load too which leads to longer days. The workload could be spread out evenly but it isn't. The planning is shocking, but management don't care as long as it all gets delivered. This is definitely a young man's job

As a ex employe of 2 years
Abysmal management operations no form of communication to drivers and be prepared to be taken full advantage of regarding your hours, it’s fine for new drivers to get experience to move on but if you’re looking for a career look elsewhere make false promises about help to move into class one once your a class two driver that’s your lot unless it bodes in there favour so be prepared to be shafted for progression I still walk with a limp

Servilely overworked
Servilely overworked and underpaid at a company with a disorganised infrastructure. Every worker is highly dissatisfied in every way. The multi temperature delivery style of work is not working. There are mistakes across the board
