Ok money , relentlessly understaffed, equipment in bad conditions. Payroll missing hours most months. Good co workers. No chance of progressing or development

No opportunity and no rotation you will be doing the exact same thing every day you work unless you’ve been there for a 4-5 years then you might get trained up todo something else other then picking on a voice headset

Management have no clue
Good money. Management have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Taking on incredible work loads thinking we can handle it but clearly can't. Shocking. Can't run a depot on forced overtime.
